A MoMo (moh-moh) is a Tibetan dumpling. Depending on the region of Tibet or the country of the Tibetan exile community, Momos have adapted well to the 21st Century and can be filled with many different mixes of spices, meats, or vegetables and come in a variety of different shapes.
