Kailash Kitchen's momo can be served as a main dish, as an hors d'oeuvre, or pretty much any way you can dream of!  What follows is a list of a few ways we like to serve momos!

  • Traditional - Steam for 20 minutes on high heat. Serve with your favorite sauce and fermented side!
  • Pan fry with little bit of oil. After 5 minutes add enough water to cover bottom of pan 1/4" deep. Cover and cook for additional 10- 15 mins.
  • Add the frozen momo to your favorite broth and gently boil it until it's soft and cooked through. Do not over cook.
  • Add to boiling water. 10 minutes!
